The office has established a special shared email account ([email protected]) to receive electronic communication from parents and providers related to absences, dismissals or transportation plans.  Parents are encouraged to Cc the office when communicating any such information to your child's teacher. 

To be sure that your message is viewed in a timely way, please be sure to email [email protected]  rather than an individual member of the office.  Also, please include the date, your child's name and 'dismissal information' or 'attendance information' in the subject line. This will allow us to quickly identify and sort through messages.
