The Meadows Literary Magazine
Broadmeadow teachers Mrs. Reichheld and Ms. Collings facilitate the publication of The Meadows, Broadmeadow's school literary magazine. Students from all grade levels are invited to submit work including personal narratives, fiction, non-fiction, interviews, how-to articles, poems, and opinion writing. A winter and late spring edition are published each year. Fourth and fifth graders have the opportunity to be part of the staff, and can elect to join the publicity, editorial, illustration, or production teams. Interested fourth and fifth graders are able to sign-up for Meadows teams in September and then, again, in February. All eligible students receive a sign-up sheet in their homerooms.
